Adds a holotape to the characters inventory containing the exposition provided in the intro video.

Description:
Listen to the Perls of wisdom offered in the intro video anytime you want! Take this holotape on the go camping out in the Mojave, or trekking through an overhaul in a far off land.
Two versions provided: (Use one version only)
War Never Changes Doc: Adds War Never Changes holotape to inventory after finishing talking to Doc before leaving. This can be installed mid play through if the player already completed setup with Doc.
War Never Changes Ever-ywhere: Adds War Never Changes holotape to inventory after loading game if they used an alternative start or are playing in an overhaul.
Technical Information:
Created using the original files from the game to prevent data loss. Minimal effects applied to audio to sound like it was recorded on holotape. (Not all holotapes sound like garbage. Feel free to add static or your favorite background music as this has none.)
Compatability:
Requires base game. Should be TTW compatible (not tested).
Seems safe to uninstall anytime, and reinstall.
Installation:
Mod Organizer / Manager / Vortex Install:
Go to Files tab at the top, click mod manager download.
Manual Install:
Go to Files tab at the top, click manual download.
Drop files in your installation dir: \Fallout New Vegas\Data\
Start the game from the Launcher and place a check in the box for WarNeverChanges or WarNeverChangesEver
