I'm not sure if the crashing was due to overcrowding the containers or NPC/Quest weapons and armors in my other mod so I meticulously went by each weapon and put a cap of say 20 weapons in each ammo box.
It didn't crash on my PC and if all goes well the next version will include armor.
EDIT: I saw a bunch of posts so while I'm not done with the armor here's what I got backpacks necklaces NCR Legion
To be added: Crusaders, general outfits, SCAV attires, etc...
