The location is south of Nipton, directly across Cresent Canyon East
-Includes a decent amount of storage, without being cluttered or overwhelming
-Fully Nav meshed
-includes a fast travel/map marker (you should have the ability to fast travel from the Interior)
-Uses vanilla assets, including some from DLC (for some of the paintings and picture frames, and poster)
-the exterior is 1:1 scale to the interior, may not look fantastic but looks like a house
~just as a warning the lighting is running off of the vanilla lighting in game, If you use any mods that alter lighting there could be unforeseen issues/quality.
~the esp name is myplayerhome, if you use a mod manager this is the name you should check to enable/disable the mod
~Lastly I have no issue with people editing or changing the mod where you see fit
