Initial upload
Super-simple scriptrunner to make NPCs within 600 units of anyone taking a stealth boy react (actually any item that causes the stealth boy invis effect).
Inspired by similar cool mods for Skyrim.
The NPCs won't be annoyed or anything, they'll simply let out a "CombatToLost" bark which usually sounds like "Where'd he go?" or similar.
There's a 50/50 chance they'll go looking for you, but again it has zero actual consequences for combat (assuming they are not enemies). Companions will ignore you, as will dead, disabled, sleeping etc. NPCs.
