About this mod

Returning from Fallout 2, the Pip-Boy Medical Enhancer is here again to teach you all the things you need to be a successful physician. Comes in two exciting flavors!

Requirements
Permissions and credits
The Pip-Boy Medical Enhancer is a non-recurring item featured exclusively in Fallout 2. When used
it would grant the player +10 to their Doctor's skill.

---

Requires xNVSE
Requires JIP LN NVSE
Old World Blues for first placement location
(as well as goggle model and texture)

---

A MKII prototype model of this device was being worked on in the Big Mountain Research Facility, and has been waiting
for two centuries for someone to find and unlock it's forbidden knowledge. On the East Coast (with TTW installed), a consumer-grade
model can be found, lying in wait in an old abandon hospital where few dare to travel.

The MKII prototype model is filled with a unique set of physician skills and know-how that many
might consider a little... unethical. This model was clearly not meant for your standard Hospital setting.
Despite this, it gives +15 to your Medicine skill through the Medical Enhancer MKII perk.

The standard model, however, was. As such, it contains a much tamer set of physician skills and know-how.
This model gives +10 to your Medicine skill through the Medical Enhancer perk.
