The Institute are sniffing around the Mojave, and it's up to the player to destroy their advanced Courser, and acquire his uniform for their own uses. Includes a custom from-scratch recreation of the F4 Courser Uniform, adds a new encounter to the H&H Tool Factory, and replaces Armitage's Outfit in TTW with the new outfit.
