One of my biggest problems with TTW has always been the lack of quests in Fallout 3 compared to New Vegas. When I found We Want More (updated for 2025 by TeveMaci, originally made by big0ofN in 2015), I was really excited to use it. But I quickly realized that the mod revoiced some vanilla NPCs, and the change in voice actors depending on dialogue choice totally killed the immersion for me.
I still wanted to play the mod, so I got an ElevenLabs subscription and started adding AI voices for the new dialogue. It began with Billy Creel, Jericho, Lucas Simms, and Gob (The Vanilla NPC's with new quests) but turned into a full project where I revoiced every NPC added in We Want More. Some voices turned out better than others—there are a few lines I wasn’t completely happy with, but I had to move on. Overall, though, a lot of them sound great.
I used Fallout 3 and New Vegas voices as baselines (Mostly), so they should fit right in with the game. I also tried to assign voices logically (like giving the new Brotherhood soldier lines Paladin Tristan’s voice from Broken Steel). I didn’t redo the lip-syncing since I don’t know how, but most of the original animations should still work fine because I matched the speaking cadence. That said, some text-to-speech lines might look a little off.
Big thanks to big0ofN for the original mod and TeveMaci for keeping it alive with the updated version!

Installation:
Should be fine to install with mod manager. Just make sure it's on below WWM so it overwrites the voices from that mod.
