Snowglobe Display
The Snow globe display acts the same as the one in the Lucky 38. You collect your Snow globes, interact with the display above your bed, then the Snow globes are removed from your inventory and you receive 2000 caps.
Workbench/Reloading Bench
You can toggle between the Workbench and the Reloading Bench by activating the poster sign next to the Workbench.
Radio
You can toggle between radio stations by clicking the top of the radio (it should say "open radio"), the two options are, Country radio and the Gomorrah radio.
Pull-Out Bed
Selecting the bedroll next to the sofa will add a bedroll for companions or guests.
