Fixes the Industrial Hand unarmed weapon from the DLC Lonesome Road.
Fixes ignored DT not applying by temporarily applying the perk "piercing strike" while equipped.
Fixes NPC un-equipable. unchecks "player only" so now NPCs and companions such as Veronica can use this weapon.
Fixes bugged VATS special move. Added a functional custom move which is a renamed blade of the east knockdown.
