Changelogs
Version 1.1
Fixed incorrect mesh flags causing too much shine on Railway rifles. Vaseline begone.
What is it?
Vanilla compatible retextures. Nothing more, nothing less. They will each come with a mesh to enable Real Time Reflections, but it's not necessary. If you don't use RTR and it looks weird, simply hide the .nif file in this mod. For now, each weapon will be separate. Eventually they will become an AIO on this same page.
Why is it?
The vanilla textures are very, very crusty. And there aren't any other retextures (currently) for a lot of these.
How is it?
Substance, Photoshop, GIMP, Quixel.
Screenshots are all ingame with NVR (and my H2O preset for it). No out-of-game renders.
Who made it possible?
Credit to the TTW Team and RoyBatty in particular for the restored Cryolator. Thanks to Conzo (RTR enabled mesh especially), Audley, Norvito, Shabby, and everyone else who put me onboard this crazy train. I'm sure I'm forgetting someone. Thanks to everyone who has helped me learn and grow in the modding community. Thanks to Heaviin for the amazing guide to exporting from modern texture software to NV. Literally couldn't have figured this out on my own. Thanks to all the members of the Wasteland Supplemental server, and everyone who has been awesome over the years. Special thanks to Grave for reminding me that you can never stop growing your skillset.
