About this mod
You can now explore the Capitol Wasteland almost a decade after the events of fallout 3 and see the progress that has been made. Infrastructure has been rebuilt, threats eliminated and the Brotherhood is on the rise. This will form the basis for the events of my mod DC 2287 that will lead into the events of Fallout 4

This early version is not a mod in the traditional sense, but a save file that you manually implement into your game. Once you have done that, you can experience the major changes I have made to the Gameworld which will appear in the finished mod.
Changes include.
- Repaired infrastructure, such as roads, bridges and high ways.
- Repaired buildings, towns and interiors.
- Faction development, such as the Prydwen located at Adam's AFB
- Pacified enemy factions, such as raiders, Enclave remnant and others
- Rebuilt merchant network
- Quests completed that harmonize with and set the stage for Fallout 4
- Added the Supreme Court Building beyond the fence located behind the Capitol Building
- Added some bonus locations in the Mojave, such as Mariposa, the Vault 13 cave entrance and more.
Installation
1 Download my file manually
2 Extract the file with 7zip or winRAR
3 Place both save files in your game folder
(Example: Documents - My Games - FalloutNV - Saves)

Future plans
I plan on releasing a full mod complete with a new main quest where you help the brotherhood consolidate their power in the newly born Capitol Region before embarking for the Commonwealth. How you do that will be up to you. There will also be new factions for you to interact with, such as The people of the Remnant, The Monican Order, and a few other familiar factions trying to make their mark on the region. More details will be announced on my YouTube channel, linked below.
