Author notes
Just text me, all in all given how I was heavily inspired by others I don't see any reason to not allow someone else to do the same

Version 1.0
Initial Release - Primm
really enjoy what mods like Simple Mojave Urbanization, Enhanced Landscapes and Suburban overhaul all combined do for the Mojave. That said, there were always a couple of things that I wanted to be different, so instead of asking the authors to change their mods. I made my own. Starting with Primm.
As you will see in the photos my overhaul is HEAVILY inspired by them. So massive thanks to those three authors for their work and inspiration to make this
Alright with all that out of the way here's the key features of this mod:
- Made using Improved AI (Navmesh Overhaul Mod) as a master so as to not lose his great work due to my navmesh edits. - Compatible out of the box with Viva New Vegas - Navmeshed so that NPCs don't get stuck in the stuff I added - Most changes to the core Primm area were made with a vanilla+ game design in mind, so as to not completely stand out or be jarring when being in Primm - Car hulks out of the damn way in the main roads of populated towns, come on people, it's been 200 years surely wrecks will be moved out of the way -Silly base game power pylons hanging around behind Primm connected to the town finally
That said, this mod is incompatible with the ones that gave the inspiration for it, mainly due to the overlap and the mods attempting to do the exact same thing.
I linked them because if you prefer a more comprehensive total overhaul you should get those instead. The idea is that my own will eventually cover the entire Mojave in one simple plugin but one step at a time yano.
