About this mod

This overhaul makes dismemberment in the game not a chance-based 50% and 75% base game, and instead do an HP-based system you will no longer be decapitating someone with a single shot of 9mm!

Permissions and credits
This mod has a very simple premise, instead of chance-based dismemberment is health-based dismemberment, each limb has a specific amount of hitpoints (100) but has higher or lower multipliers, arms have the lowest hp, legs have the highest, and heads have lower than legs but higher than arms. 

Also, specific creature types dismember faster or lower:

 Animals: 10% Higher HP Damage
Mutated Animals: 10% Lower HP Damage
Mutated Insect: 20% Lower HP Damage
Abomination: 30% Lower HP Damage
Supermutant: 33% Lower HP Damage
Feral Ghoul: 10% Higher HP Damage
Robot: 50% Lower HP Damage

As such with all these the more damage you do to an enemy the more HP damage their limbs take immediately after or when they are dead. 
What this also means is NPCs for example in power armor, will not dismember as often.
