Changelogs
Version 4
Extensive detail passes on Mejia brothers hideout and especially the Blue Note Bar. The hideout player home has been significantly more cluttered and re-lit and the Blue Note essentially overhauled to fill all empty space and the bar space was entirely re-done.
Version 3
Did another detail pass on the Mejia brothers hideout because I wasn't satisfied. Changes include: Water stains, peeling wallpaper, kitchen goods, a redone sink, a fan for the oven, more posters, clutter, and more.
Version 2
Locked the Mejia brothers hideout and added a key to one of the brothers, making it more obvious that you've unlocked a player home. A few posters have been added to the Mejia bro's hideout and Volt's motel room at the El Rey (which I didn't even know she had) has been detailed with some grease-monkey style clutter and a dingier, impoverished look.
Adds a player home and some needed clutter and interior redecoration to the talented Kris Takahashi's 3DNPC Bundle, an essential mod for anyone looking to add life, fun and well written companions, and vanilla quality quests to New Vegas.
This mod focuses on detailing the Blue Note Bar, which is one of my favorite quests the modded game has to offer. The bar now has more lighting, pillars, ventilation, drinks, signs, and other details to add to the thick atmosphere of that feel-bad club.
Most attention has been directed to the Mejia brother's hideout. It never made sense to me that they added this cell you can access after you kill the two of them during the Blue Note questline but that it never transferred to the player as a player home. Now, after killing the Mejia brothers and being able to access the home it becomes a full player home with safe storage, a bed, and all the crafting workbenches you can think of. Last but not least is a custom soundtrack by Nobody's Nail Machine of Fallout: Sonora.
This home was detailed to fit a merc-type character and should be useful to anybody looking for a hideout in the mid-game quest hub of Freeside, McCarran, and North and East Vegas. Additionally, the Meija brothers have left some pretty nice guns around their home that an eagle-eyed player might find that I'm sure would be useful to a mid-level courier questing around the Vegas area at that point in the game.
