I found that new vegas is piss easy on very hard because of how much random ammo and caps are just lying in generic containers everywhere like no other wastelander would pick it up for themselves. thoughtful bastards. so i removed most of it. very simple.
to balance it out also, i added the fortune finder caps leveled lists to more containers, so that perk is more worth taking.
TL;DR, you also get more caps with the fortune finder perk.
i left out SOME generic faction-owned containers from these changes so that you may get tempted to steal from them too i guess.
i made this by directly editing CONTAINERS and LEVELED LISTS. so compatibility issues MAY arise, experiment with your load order to see what works.
from the 8 hours of testing i did this mod seems to work. i think.
i recommend using it with a few other loot difficulty mods i took inspiration from: (like i said earlier mix and match at ur own risk)
