Adds the HG40 (a futuristic Looking MP40) ported from Black ops 3 to the game

The HG40 is Added to Leveled lists and should spawn on enemies in both New Vegas and TTW
It is also added to Form lists for Perks
Animations are from TH3CR4PM4N and have been edited by me to fit the HG40 model

And a Upgraded Receiver mod
