Wanting a "revolver" suitable for a Energy Weapons build, but not quite satisfied with any of the options I found, I decided to simply make my own. After that, I thought: "Why not share it as well?" So here it is.
This mod adds a revolver-themed Laser Blaster, perfect for the retro-future gunslinger. It has a weird, unwieldy wind-up for every shot, but makes up for it by hitting fairly hard for a laser weapon, not to mention the slick form-factor. On top of that it can be affected by both Cowboy and Laser Commander, which combines into a 40% damage increase! (Which is kind of a gimmicky build path, considering Cowboy requires Guns while Laser Commander requires Energy Weapons and is unlocked a dozen levels later...)
You can find it at the Gibson Scrapyard in Novac, in a state of disrepair. Bring a few tech-inclined skill magazines if you're in the early-game.
