How to Start the Mod:
Speak to President George Washington. He is loitering outside the saloon in Goodsprings.

For better or worse, please leave it. I may not respond due to my busy work schedule, but I will read any and all user feedback.
Notes:
The only way to stop the national anthem from playing is to leave the cell.
I made this mod in a few afternoons to celebrate July 4th. It leans heavily into the spirit of Wild Wasteland.
