   Why is this in the Items - Food/Drinks/Chems category and not on one of the possible more appropriate categories like visuals and graphics, user interface, patches.

   How would you go about also adding back the vanilla scanlines? IIRC they're implemented via a texture file in the vanilla pipboy.

      Should already be there by default, as my screenshot also uses Clean Pip-Boy mod, which hides all that.
