Fixes the issue with Enhanced Bullet Impact where impact smoke is an unrealistic size / too slow.  Makes the smoke less obtrusive and more realistic.

How to install:
First, you must download Enhanced Bullet Impact, this mod will not work without it.

MO2: Drag the mod into your downloads tab on MO2, double-click, and install.

Manual: Drag the files into your data/textures/meshes folder.

Done.
