Fixes the vanilla max bet in the Sierra Madre casino slot machine

In the Sierra Madre the max bet for slots is 25 for some reason, this mod adjusted it so it matches with The Tops slots max bet since their
max winnings are both 10 000 caps.
It only requires the game and dead money, it shouldn't have any conflicts with other mods since it
just changes one character in a script.
Apparently nexusmods needs an image for mods, so have a funny image I made some time ago.
