Perk IDs can be found at the bottom of this page, in case you'd like to manually add or remove them. They won't be removed by a respec in-game, since I haven't edited the respec effect.
List of traits:
Banging:
"You just want more BOOM! Simple. Your explosive weapons can be thrown 10% quicker and further, reload 10% faster, and have 10% larger area of effect. However, your Guns and Energy Weapons reload 20% slower."
Curb the Fall:
"You have a history of helping the NCR, hoping to curb their issues since the fall of Shady Sands. Unfortunately, your skills and efforts have not gone unnoticed by the NCR's enemies.
You receive +5 points to all skills, and the Rapid Reload perk. You also receive cash and gear, and fame with the NCR and Followers. However, you suffer infamy with the Brotherhood, Great Khans, Legion, and the Powder Gangers (all of whom are 10% more likely to score a critical hit against you)."
The items and reputation given are:
- Bounty hunter duster.
- .44 Magnum revolver and 60 rounds of .44 special.
- Combat knife.
- 5 Stimpaks.
- 10 $100 NCR bills.
- Liked fame by the NCR and Followers.
- Hated infamy by the Brotherhood, Great Khans, Legion, and the Powder Gangers (all of whom have +10% critical hit chance against you).
Energised:
"You never cared much for bullets, primers, powders, etc. Your Energy Weapons are 10% stronger, 10% more accurate, and reload 10% faster, though your Guns reload 20% slower."
Guns and Bullets:
"You never cared much for laser, plasma, Tesla, etc. Your Guns are 10% stronger, 10% more accurate, and reload 10% faster, though your Energy Weapons reload 20% slower."
Melee Mania:
"Melee Weapons and Unarmed. That's your style. They are 10% faster and stronger, and cost 10% less AP in V.A.T.S. However, your Guns, Energy Weapons, and Explosives reload 20% slower. Oh, and you gain +3 Damage Threshold (DT) and +10% running speed."
Risky Learner:
"Curiosity killed ... the Courier? You're not afraid to take risks in the pursuit of knowledge, and gain an additional 30% to total Experience Points whenever Experience Points are earned. However, you have -6 Damage Threshold."
Spread the Fall:
"You have a history of harassing the NCR, hoping to worsen their issues since the fall of Shady Sands. Fortunately, your skills and efforts have not gone unnoticed by the NCR's enemies.
You receive +5 points to all skills, and the Splash Damage perk. You also receive cash and gear, and fame with the Brotherhood, Great Khans, Legion, and the Powder Gangers. However, you suffer infamy from the NCR and Followers (all of whom are 10% more likely to score a critical hit against you)."
The items and reputation given are:
- Merc troublemaker outfit.
- 10mm Pistol and 60 rounds of 10mm ammunition.
- Machete.
- 10 Dynamite.
- 200 Caps and 2 Legion Aureii.
- Liked fame by the Brotherhood, Great Khans, Legion, and the Powder Gangers.
- Hated infamy by the NCR and Followers (their members have +10% critical hit chance against you).
List of perks:
Cyber Reflexes:
(Requires: Level 10, the completion of Old World Blues's main quest.)
"Advanced technology from Big Mountain has increased your reaction speed, giving you a much higher chance to hit in V.A.T.S."
(This perk is a modified version of the Wired Reflexes perk from Fallout 3, which is still in FNV's files.)
Haul Ass:
(Requires: Level 6, 6 Agility and 30 Survival. Has 2 ranks.)
"You've spent enough time out there to know the importance of speed. For each rank of this perk, you move 5% faster."
Headshot:
(Requires: Level 12, 6 Agility and 6 Perception, 50 Guns or 50 Energy Weapons.)
"Your damage to an opponent's head in V.A.T.S. is increased by 50%."
Idiot Savant:
(Requires: Level 2, 3 or less Intelligence.)
"You're not stupid, just ... different. You randomly gain 3x Experience Points whenever Experience Points are earned, so long as your Intelligence is 3 or less."
(The chance is 5%, and there isn't a special audio or visual effect like Fallout 4 does when it triggers. You'll just see a higher XP gained.)
Pack Rat:
This is the same perk from vanilla, but with its requirements modified. It still requires level 8 but with either 70 Barter or Survival. I've also removed the 5-Intelligence requirement, allowing this perk to be used in low-Int runs as well (and it makes sense to have Survival be an alternative requirement rather than just Barter).
Its effects are unchanged. Items with a weight of 2 or less are still halved in weight.
Power Armor Training:
(Requires: Level 10, 50 Science or 50 Survival.)
"You have enough knowledge and experience to use any form of Power Armor."
Quick Shot:
(Requires: Level 6, 30 Energy Weapons and 30 Guns.)
"While using Guns and Energy Weapons, you fire 10% more quickly."
