There are many patches for Famine available out there. The problem? They're all plugin-based, directly patching the blacklist in mod itself, which not only wastes the precious plugin limit, but also creates compatibility nightmare.
This mod aims to fix that, because it's just a bunch of configs for new Famine functionality, that allows creating blacklists with a few simple configs.
Currently supported mods:

Cyberware 2281
Maaly G - Skill Books and Magazines - B42 Inject Animation Pack
Might create patches for more.
