does this mod detect and dynamically change what uniques are shown when they are added/removed from the supported vendors' inventories? such as if I use GRA Unique Weapons Relocated or Rewarding Exploring with a custom % chance that some uniques remain in vendors' inventory.
No, it just displays the uniques that each vendor sells by default in the base DLC.
Technically you can use this mod with mods that distribute the uniques differently - but they will be displayed in the original location they are sold from and removed when you obtain the unique (Regardless of how you obtain it).
I'm not even sure if it would be possible to dynamically update them in the way you describe - although It would be cool.
There's no "ItemInVendorList"-type check? I'm considering authoring a mod that takes those two mods, mixes their best locations, with an optional, configurable % chance that some of the uniques remain for sale by the original vendors. If I make it, I'd like to patch in support for your mod here.
There are checks like that but that's not the problem. It's dynamically placing and rotating static models without having them all sit disabled in a row.

Maybe I misunderstand something though.
Thanks again!
I love the idea of effectively unlocking GRA weapons like this. The displays were sorely underutilized.
For example, the bozar will appear behind the kiosk of the gun runners and be removed once you buy it from the Vendortron.
like the FO3 Infiltrator on Mick & Ralph's display
