Pretty nice mod. I was however surprised to return to the bunker one day and find that the outside deathclaws had respawned. "No biggie, I'll just head inside real quick" I thought, and I did. And they followed me in. Three in the foyer and the rest, for some reason, all the way in the bedroom, where Boone and ED-E were fighting for their lives.
So yeah, just be aware of that possibility. Still a solid housing mod.
This is a good player house with ample storage and I really liked the story built around it. The Courier is using it to rest and recover from the harrowing and downright traumatic journey she had to endure to get there. Worth it tho'.
