Restores the Room Markers disabled by the Sierra Madre Suite Windows mod while keeping the mod's purpose intact.

Sierra Madre Suite Windows is a nice little immersion mod that allows players to see the outside of the Sierra Madre from within the suite level of the hotel. But despite it adding only 6 windows, it also disables every room marker (except for one, which covers everything) and portal within the cell, which can degrade the game's performance since it now has to render much more than originally intended.
And while I understand the reason (room markers would render the outside invisible), it actually wasn't necessary, because if you connect a portal to two room markers, and then delete one of the rooms, the portal will become a sort of window to the outside world, which will now be seen as one massive room. So that's what I did! I restored the cell's performance while adding two portals where the windows are. And the view of the Sierra Madre looks exactly the same as it does in the original mod. Unless you teleport directly into the cell to test it out, which never looked right to me, even with the original plugin.
