- Vault-Tec’s Plan D Cyanide Bottles
- Custom Icon
- Poisoned Apples and Pears
- Scripted poisonings similar to Oblivion’s Poisoned Apples.
- Full Level List and World Integration
Where can I find them?
All over the worldspace and rarely at some merchants.
So how do I poison NPCs?
Just craft a poison apple at a Campfire using (1) Plan D and (1) Apple / Pear. Then, sneak up behind the target and reverse-pickpocket the fruit into their inventory. Then, you just have to wait.
Note: This will only work on Humans! Not Ghouls or Supermutants or Robots!
