As I said, I replaced the sound of entering V.A.T.S. with a part of the Ghoul's soundtrack from the Fallout TV show. Inspired by this little gem for Fallout 4.
Two variants - one being a replacer, the other one having combined both the original and the new sound.
And YES - it works with Just Bullet Time.
Just use ModOrganizer or put the sound folder into the Data folder.
