Changes the race of Vipers to the tribal ones from Honest Hearts to fit there 'cut' tribal heritage.

Changes the race of Vipers to the tribal ones from Honest Hearts to fit there 'cut' tribal heritage.
According to lore, the Vipers were supposed to be an snake-worshiping bunch of poison using tribals, but in the vanilla game they are just another bunch of raiders.
To give them back some of there lore I changed the race to the tribals from Honest Hearts
Caucasian -> Caucasian White-Leg
African American -> African American White-Legs
Asian -> Sorrows
Hispanics -> Dead Horses
since HH does not provide asian or hispanic they have an 50/50 chance to be either caucasian or african american
Also, HH itselfe only uses the caucasian tribals in the DLC because of time-limits during development and disc-space for consoles.
Please note that with all the mods I have installed I don't realy know if the African American tribals actually look as good or if it's just the mods I am using, if I get reports that they don't work properly I will make an pure Caucasian version for those people, but it should work.
Best paired with Venomous Vipers for an even more tribal feeling. (I also used this mod when making the screenshots)
