Changelogs
Version 1.05
Packed everything into a FOMOD installer.
Added the faction relations back in, since someone reported being attacked again, though I could not replicate that on a new game.
Added a patch for the Transporters mod, if you want to make absolutely sure that they aren't being attacked. Though again, I didn't have any issues even without a patch.
Version 1.04
Made some changes to everyone's AI, which hopefully prevents them from attacking random NPCs without adding them to their faction first. Worked fine with the two mods that affect that area, anyway.
Removed the knives from the guards in the watch towers and gave them rifles with a slightly longer range, so that they shoot more and try to run down less.
Version 1.03
Removed a stray ladder.
Placed some metal plates on top of the watch towers to fully cover their roofs.
Version 1.02
Moved the wandering Brahmin into the enclosed area behind the main entrance.
Replaced the ladder that only had an upstairs teleport with a simple static ladder, just in case an NPC ever tries to go up there.
Added some actual guards to the watchtowers and deleted two of the turrets. The guards only have a single line of unvoiced dialogue, however.
Version 1.01
Added lots of factions to the turrets to hopefully prevent them from attacking random NPCs
This is a TTW port of ozzyfan's Girdershade Reborn, which adds a few more buildings, NPCs and a little bit of voiced dialogue to Girdershare to make it seem more like an actual settlement. It's still kind of a dump, but at least has more than two inhabitants now! But since it doesn't change much about the general layout of Girdershade, I ended up merging it with VolnuttFallout's Fallout 101 TTW - Girdershade, though I had to make some layout changes and get rid of a vehicle that crashed the game. And to keep the plugin count down, I also merged all required asset entries into the plugin, so while you still need to download the Fallout 101 TTW Community Core, you should not enable its plugin!
I also made some minor tweaks, like making sure that the store closes at night, and that its owner doesn't randomly walk around the settlement. And since the performance may suffer with all of these additions, I also placed multiple occlusion planes inside the buildings and the environment. And I also added some turrets, but since I assume that some players may think that the number of them is complete overkill for such a tiny settlement, I also offer an optional replacer that removes all but one of the turrets.
Will you update any more of these Fallout 101 mods?
No idea. I just did this on a whim since I wasn't satisfied with how little Girdershade Reborn changed about the general layout of the place.
