Adds weapons from 'The Pitt' and 'Point Lookout' into both wastelands (Requires TTW)
TTW already integrates some DLC weapons from both games, just not very widespread

The Pitt:
- Auto Axe (Raiders only)
- Infiltrator*

Point Lookout:
- Lever-Action Rifle*
- Double-Barrel Shotgun*

*Marked Guns are added to weapons that Super Mutants can use as well

If you're asking why only from those two DLCs if F3 has 5 and NV has 5 more:
NV DLC integration - Modular DLC Integration - espless by myselfe (does not integrate into TTW only LL like DC Raiders, DC SM or Outcasts and Talon)
Operation: Anchorage - mostly an simulation with all weapons that you can take into the wastland are unique rewards
Mothership Zeta - the weapons won't make sense to be added since it is implied that the player is the first who manages to escape
Broken Steel - all weapons are either unique or already integrated
