I read on a post somewhere on Facebook that apparently the cowboy that's on Victor's screen is supposed to be Cooper Howard from the Fallout Amazon series
(fan theory lol).
I decided to make that a reality.
UPDATE: 1.1 - Added the "Alert" Graphic
Included are Color and Black and White versions (see screenshots). Install manually.
