Moves Kate from The High Desert to be approachable when using Spiffyskytrooper's Industrialized Sloan in order to complete her quest.
Known quirks: She flickered in and out of existence when approaching Sloan the first time testing it but I could not replicate it after. Maybe I'm just having visual hallucinations again? She worked fine on several attempts to approach and speak to her in later tests and the initially disabled status of her camp still works as intended.
