Adds Knvse animations from various creators to the weapons added into DUST as well as some needed mesh changes.

Included with the animation file is an ISControl file, which will center all of the dust weapon iron sights. Also, there is a B42 Optics patch as well as a replacer for the hunting crossbow to use Hitman's hunting crossbow model/animations from this mod here: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/77649
