This is a mod I made for myself a few years back, but I was skeptical if others would want it. After all, the reception of texture mods, especially for something like eyes, can be highly influenced by personal preference.
However, I've decided it's better to give the option to use it rather than keep it to myself. I understand there are many eye texture mods available, and I'm not here to say this is better than any of them. You have to decide what you like best for yourself.
Quite simply, this mod is a texture replacement for the blue, green, and brown human eyes. I use scaled versions of the high quality textures created by Hossein Diba--a now well known 3d artist--who did some work for me years ago.
Vanilla eyes are 128x128, but these are 1024x1024... a 64x improvement of resolution!
To install, unpack these files to your data folder. To uninstall, delete the files. Simple as that.
