I'm a long time user of Wasteland Stealth Armor NV by Qwerty. I love the rugged cobbled together look for my characters in Fallout and I'm a big fan of the stealth suit so I normally end up using it for all my stealth centric characters.

However as I play TTW I always have to modify the stats and implement the stealth field from the Anchorage stealth suit and add that as a recipe so it can be made into the wasteland variant.
The original mod also had some issues with clipping and the first person mesh for both models was using the broken Stealth Suit mesh as its base.
I ripped all of that out and rebuilt it using the fixed mesh as a base and then set about modifying the armor to my taste and fixing any clipping issues that I could find.

I added new pouches, removed some bits and replaced them with other things to make the armor seem more utilitarian and most importantly visually balanced.
I have added new sleeves, a bobby pin box and pouch in place of the originals armor piece, a boot knife and extra little vials everywhere. Also I painted on a "101" number on the pauldron to pay homage to the characters origins. I also reimplemented the Stealth suits gloves.
The hood has also seen the visor and chin piece removed, It is now just a hood. The helmet variant is unchanged and can be swapped at the workbench like the original mod.

Performance and behind the scenes stuff. I have unified all the textures onto 3 UVs 1 for the belts, 1 for all the little addon parts and 1 for the cloth parts. These are all now fully standalone so what you see in the screenshots is how these pieces will look. I did this so the armor isn't calling for over 20 different textures if the were pathed to the original game files and it keeps them separate for easy customisation and editing without affecting anything else.
the only textures that are pathed to the original games ones are the Combat Armor chest piece and the Stealth suit itself. They will use whatever textures you have installed. This makes sense from a continuity point of view.

Stats are based around TTW with Jsawyer or SawyerBatty in mind. They offer good utility but are not too overpowered. The armor requires the Anchorage stealth suit, a set of combat armor, 3 leather belts, 1 scrap metal and a repair skill of 80 to craft at the workbench. The recipe will also not show up unless you have the stealth suit in your inventory to avoid cluttering the UI.

If you want this Armor for regular New Vegas or FO3 I would urge you to use the original mods. You can replace their meshes and textures with mine if you know what you are doing.

Textures used for the Stealth armor in the screenshots: Weathered Chinese Stealth Suit
Textures used for the Combat armor in the screenshots: The Gruntening

You will need both of these if you want the armor to look identical to the screenshots.
