About this mod
This mod uses Xolerys's Inspect your Gloves - Hands Animation as unarmed inspect animation for b42 inspect

I used to use this mod to cover unarmed inspect animation and since it has generous permissions i invite you to use the xloerys1's animation to check your unarmed weapon too
I also suggest you to use this mod for melee coverage
Unarmed inspect has issues with Power Fist, Ballistic Fist, Displacer Glove, etc. At least using the combat knife animation or inspect your gloves animation. But nothing that a punch can't fix (or re equiping)
