Hi.

This small mod is dedicated to all people with Down Syndrome around the world, in our community and to their families. Also dedicated to my younger brother with Down Syndrome who died at the age of 14.


Mod Replaces pictures on several billboards with 'March 21 International Down Syndrome Awareness Day' notification.

Also replaces a few loading screens and adds 'Down Syndrome Awareness' Ribbon on male/female Vault 21 Jumpsuits.

Sorry, I'm not very good at editing textures; also it's my first mod plus I was short on time, so don't expect much.
