About this mod
A simple and immersive Player Home, located in the East Vegas suburbs, designed for players that enjoy generic NPC style homes and simple living.

Personally, when it comes to picking a player home in Bethesda games, I have always preferred to just steal one of the generic developer created NPC houses in one of the towns or around the map. I love the idea of my character not being too special and not living in a unique one-of-a-kind flashy home. If you want a simple house, decorated in the same way Obsidian would, then hopefully you will enjoy this. Aside from the small workbench/storage area, i have done my best to stick to Obsidians's interior design.
* Fully navmeshed
* Clean water source for Survival
* Set to Player Owned
* Radio and clock for ambiance
* Small, basic and cozy
* workbench and Weapon storage
The home is located down the road from the Gun Runner's HQ, next to Isaac's house.
Unzip and then Install into data folder or just use your mod manager how you normally would, thankyou.
