Changes the Convicts in Primm to wear Powder Ganger uniforms.

Made this for myself primarily, in about ten minutes. I thought it was weird the Powder Gangers, or 'Escaped Convicts' in Primm were kitted out in leather. I know they've been held up there a while, but I feel they would fit better if they still represented their colours and gang.
The exterior 'convicts' randomize between all ganger armour, as well as the headgear list.
On the inside, they wear a mixture of regular and the armoured version. The 'Convict' Leader has had his Incinerator swapped out for a Laser Rifle. I felt this to be more fitting of a weapon than a giant flamethower that gets shot out of his hands almost immediately. He also still wears leather armour. After all, he's da bozz.
Currently requires all DLC to be active because theres some weird texture issue if I remove them, despite everything in this mod being vanilla. Will fix eventually.
Install manually or via a mod manager. It's only an esp.
Optional esp allows you to wear Powder Ganger uniform and not be attacked by the convicts. If you speak to Deputy Beagle while disguised, the convicts WILL kill him. I don't know why. If you don't want to disguise as convicts nor Beagle to die, use the main esp.
