An ESP-less file that turns the Assault Carbine into a 5.56 shooting carbine, buffs damage and accuracy and lowered Rate-of-Fire included.... I don't even know what more to add, honestly, it's just a JIP Scriptrunner that rechambers the Assault Carbine into 5.56...
Please note that this mod does not affect NPC lists, so NPCs carrying Assault Carbines will still have 5mm ammo on them. Fortunately, 5.56mm rounds are so common that it shouldn't be a problem. You can also craft 5.56mm rounds from 5mm rounds if you have them.
