About this mod
Changes a few flags in the game (NCR and Nevada) to Ukrainian Insurgent Army flags, to honor all those fighting in the Lonely World War III against Russian inhumanity.

"The black color symbolizes the black earth ("Chornozem") that Ukraine is synonymous for, and the red color represents blood spilled for Ukraine."

This flag was a long time the flag of many freedom and partisan movements in Ukraine, and now became sort of an unofficial coat of arms of those who fight in the war. You can see it everywhere, from different variations as symbols of various war batallions to volunteer groups that help with humanitarian aid/evacuations/whatnot to medals and rewards for the efforts to kick the feral ghouls of Russia out of the promised land, back to their cursed wasteland. When I saw the amazing mod by MuteSignals , I thought it'd be great to have also this variant for the game, and so I've made it.
No claims on this being "lore-friendly", but I tried to keep it somewhat with some thoughts behind it besides of there suddenly just being Ukrainian flag in the game, that's why:
The old Commonwealths' flag is still present, which can imply that this is the new symbol of the new times in the world. Followers of the Apocalypse also will still have "ordinary' Ukrainian flag, because I see this as more of a symbol of the struggles of the war for freedom, and Followers are quite pacifistic, so they would likely have something that supposed to imply the peace in the whole world, rather than the fight for that peace.
I give all credits to MuteSignals because he did the original job, I just did some simple retextures of his retextures, nothing major, and if you'd like to simply have Ukrainian state flag, definitely download his mod, you don't need this one (Also, on unrelated note, he also made the best ever main menu replacer out there).
Why all of this matters?
