DESCRIPTION
Adds a Defibrillator to the game. Can be found in the world and is sold by a couple merchants. It's ammo can be crafted in a Reloading Bench.
WARNING
Resurrecting a NPC may sometimes cause the game to crash. I have tried to stop this from happening in some common situations, but it can, and will, happen. Be advised.
