Extreme buffs to the hitsquads in PushTheWinButton's excellent Karmic Balance mod. They have around 10x as much health, multiple perks making them tougher along with health regeneration, and an increased level multiplier. This is meant for people who are running around with a dozen+ companions at a time or who like a very intense challenge.
