Fixes the Plague Doctor companion's weapon inadvertently infecting the player even when he doesn't hit you with it, also sets his teleporter to not be removed when he's dismissed so you can easily call him back as a companion

Just a couple simple fixes for Nodevski's excellent Plague Doctor Companion mod, which'll let you keep his teleporter after dismissing him and stop his weapon's health damaging object effect from affecting the player even though he hasn't hit you with it.

Version 2 fixes the Doc not healing after combat, which was oddly removed from his script in the latest version.

Version 3 I changed something else about the object effect. It's very difficult to tell if this has fixed it or not because the bug of the doctor hitting the player with the effect itself is very hard to trigger consistently, it just happens at random.

Version 4 I added a failsafe into Doc's script that if the player is affected by the effect, then it's scripted to be automatically removed on combat ending. This should fix it, finally.
