Rebalances Spice of Life gloves, headwraps, and backpacks by adding some DT/DR and reducing weight on some of the backpacks. Also renames the ponchos in a more logically consistent manner so they'll all be grouped together for ease of use. Bashable, won't take up an ESP slot with the Bashed Patch.

Added DT/DR to gloves, backpacks, headwraps, and bandit masks that didn't have any. Lowered the weight of some of the backpacks, increased their carry weight capacity effects, and boosted some of the skill fortifications for the ponchos.
