Gets rid of those ugly potato shoes that the powder gang armors have, along with some other QoL edits

chilloucik recently released their excellent retex of the Powder Ganger suite of outfits, and it reminded me of something I've been meaning to do forever -
And it's... to fucking get rid of those god awful shoes that Obsidian somehow thought were a passable level of quality. Listen, I know the game was rushed, and the Powder Gangers as a faction were hit especially hard by time constraints and budget cuts, but come on. Painting sneakers onto some socks and calling it a day is just... okay. You guys had a lot to worry about. It's fine. Don't worry. I've got this one, guys.
This replacer simply edits the Powder Ganger armors to remove the potato shoes, replacing them with an existing vanilla model (pulled from the Mysterious Stranger model) that is much higher fidelity and, in my opinion, far more lore appropriate. A pair of simple, rough work boots, fit to be mass produced and standard issued to NCR prisons and built to keep up with the quarry work they were tasked with. (Not something sneakers would've held up well with at all.)
OTHER CHANGES -
The shoe model I'm repurposing isn't fully modeled (it doesn't have a full top to it) so it has to be tucked into pants. As a result, the Powder Ganger shorts outfit has been given pants. It is still shirtless. I see this as a win-win though, because I've always thought the shorts outfit was really ugly. Two birds, one stone, and all that.
Another thing, I attempted to make somewhat of a proper female version of that armor, as in vanilla it's just a duplicate of the plain shirt outfit. As far as I've found, no one's really ever made anytasteful proper Powder Ganger armor for women, so this is a step in that direction.
By the way, still actively working on my full NPC Outfit mod, this is just something I whipped up in like 15 minutes because I've been meaning to. Expect a new BIG update to my big project in the next couple days or so. Thank you!
