Fix an issue when combat armor texture is randomly changing when using textures mods.

Sometimes Archive Invalidation goes wrong if some parts of the textures have been changed by mods, but other parts are still vanilla. You may see the armor texture randomly change when moving. To fix this, you must also install the missing vanilla parts as a mod. This is the same issue as well: https://www.reddit.com/r/fnv/comments/ksmuan/comment/gih0775/
So, this mod is a fix for the combat armor only, if you are experiencing this bug with the combat armor.
Installation
Let others mods overwrite it, then run your Archive Invalidator.
