About this mod

Instead of clicking one by one line of Casdin's dialog to turn in one by one item in Outcast Collection Agent Quest... now we can automating this process by using the console near the door. More items, more choice.

In DC we can do Outcast Collection Agent quest to turn in certain items to Casdin in exchange for a range of ammo and health items. We will need to click line by line, item by item to do this. Very slow.

This mod provide a futuristic terminal next to the door so we can turn in stuffs for chits, then use that chits to trade for items from Outcast store. It will solve the problem in one swell mod.

===Lore Reasoning===

Casdin being top boss is too free with Outcast resource. For another, him doing quartermaster's job is a sore issue with the supply guys.
So the Outcast guy devise an automation scheme to help Casdin dealing with this nitpicking detail. And it's a devious scheme.
Pro: Being a pipeline for quartermaster, the terminal can provide a much wider range of trade goods than Casdin can.
Con: Being a pipeline for quartermaster, the terminal use a cutthroat rate of exchange. Because Casdin was too free with Outcast resource, you see. So they try to regain things.

There are series of flyer and poster to advertise about this scheme.

===Calculation===
The reason you guys use this mod is to automating the process of turning in items once you are friend of Outcast (reason why you trade with Casdin).
Second reason is that you can trade a wider range of interesting things that Outcast can provide, even with cuthroat price. Like, Rum n Nuka is a rare alcohol that buff AGI? Yeah, you can trade unlimited bottles here as long as you can have enough chits. Or buy a Flare Gun just for the sake of shooting flare gun. Enjoy browsing through them all.

The balance is in the price. It's too bloody expensive to buy items this way, unless it's too rare to find in shops. If you find same item in shops, buy in shops. But a hundred box of Sugar Bombs is nowhere to be found, other than here.

Also, there is still reason to trade with Casdin: he provide good stuffs that Outcast, by their own logic, shouldnt provide to wastelanders. like antiarmored bullets. Leaving aside the need to become Outcast friend. As I mentioned above, twenty plasma pistol to trade for AP ammo can last you quite a while. So most of items that Casdin interested in, I dont touch, and just expand to things that Outcast should and would be interested in: like energy ammo you find around.

===Background musing===
There are  certain mods that deal with this aspect. I speak off
Rebuild the Capital TTW. This one provide a mechanism to automating turning in items instead of speaking with Casdin. Problem being, it's only accessible after you blow up the Mobile Crawler Base and no earlier. Also, absolutely replace Casdin, a necessity if you "dealt" with him earlier.
Automating Outcast Trade TTW mod. This one provide  a similar approach to me, but a different sets of trade goods and really really cheap exchange rate. Economy breaking, that one. You can pick that up at your own discretion.

===Instruction===
The simplest method to play with this mod is to visit Fort Independence, use the terminal, trade in all the 5mm or flamer fuel (or other energy ammo), both of which you are likely have a bunch unused. Then use the chits to buy what you want: chems, ammo
