Quick no frills starter home next to Doc Mitchell's House in Goodsprings. Yea, the one that everyone uses for player home mods. *NO DLC REQUIRED*

A basic starter home located directly next to Doc Mitchell's House. The key is located in the mailbox in front of the entrance. Fully nav-meshed. Bring your friends. Will conflict with any mod that edits this house in Goodsprings, or uses the same house for a player home. I pulled the invisible door out a little bit to be compatible with AWOP. You may still need to no clip past the door a little to access the AWOP home.

*All containers were duplicated with unique form I.D.'s. Container Respawns hopefully should be a non-issue as these containers are you unique. If you lose 48hrs playtime worth of loot I will commit seppuppu on stream, and make a mod dropping you 1 trillion caps.
